Welcome to Team Source Hearts!
Team Source Hearts is the group of community members responsible for the development of the Source Heart Chronicles: Community Call to Arms MMORPG and hopefully getting it noticed by Valve itself (at least, that’s the idea). Got any suggestions to make or want to offer help? Feel free to join! Even if it’s just suggestions for quest lines or artwork contributions, any help is appreciated for a “by the Community for the Community” project. However, there are some guidelines:
Keep in mind this is Fan-Fiction and will be a Mod/Free-to-Play sort of thing. Everything is going to be done on a voluntary basis. No money will be made off this project, but hopefully recognition for a job well done will.
Please refrain from suggesting politically incorrect stuff or anything that could be considered offensive toward someone else. The occasional insult ala GLaDOS style is ok, for example, but to have something where a character is swearing every other word or engaging in not-safe-for-work activities may be rejected. I am looking to get Valve interested in this, after all, and having politically incorrect suggestions might hinder that.
Constructive criticism only, please. In other words, don’t just say “This sucks.” If something is wrong and you feel it should be fixed, we need more feedback than that. Why does it suck? What can be done to make it better? How would you write/program/draw it? In order for us to take your concerns seriously, we need your input. If all you can say is “This sucks,” and nothing more, than you’ll more than likely be treated like any other troll – ignored.
Please respect others as you would have them respect you. Calling someone a “Wheatley” isn’t going to do more than make YOU a Wheatley. If you want to be a troll, this is not the group for you; go find your toll bridge somewhere else. Kapeche?
