Beginning of without a doubt the best survival-horror co-op game series. Left 4 Dead pits 4 Surviviors of a zombie apocalypse against the massive hordes of Dawn of the Dead style zombies, and horrific mutations that claw away their chances of escaping this nightmare. The four Survivors are Bill, a Vietnam War veteran, Zoey, a college student, Louis, a Junior System Analyst and Francis, an outlaw biker. the "Special Infected" that have mutated drastically include the Hunter, that jumps from rooftops and pounces its victim, the Smoker, which drags the victim with its long tongue, the Boomer, which vomits Horde-attracting bile, the Tank, a muscular titan of a zombie, and theWitch, a crying girl who can slice you in half. The game is dark, the music cues give this non-linear game amazing scenes, the zombies are frightening, and the replay value is absolutely amazing, if not the best of any game out there. This is probably the best game of all time. GO BUY THIS GAME! 10/10!
