I love this game but I’m giving it a negative review… why? It’s full of hackers.

Crytek use Fairfight to try and stop them and they have built a report feature into the game but when you report a cheat nothing seems to happen. For every hacker that’s banned several more seem to appear. This leads to lack of trust amongst honest players and genuinely good players being accused of hacking all the time. Often it’s hard to have any trust that the person who won the round did it fairly, there’s so many hackers who knows.

The gameplay is fantastic and very addictive, the weapons feel great to use, loads of good upgrades, it’s certainly a great game but expect to see plenty of cheaters – For me this outweighs all the good aspects it’s a thumbs down unfortunatly.

Had to give you a thumb down, not because your review is nonsense, but because you cant thumb down such a good Free game just because of cheaters, they are present in every game and you yourself can deal with them ingame, you have the tools to do it.

And truth be told, i am a good FPS player, i have been called a cheater so many times i have lost the count, i have a good ping and i dont lag, most of the ragers call me cheater because they are either 10 years old kids using a mouse for the first time, or simply theyr ping is fking shit because they play from the other part of the Milk Way.

I repeate, i have encountered some REAL cheaters my self, but they werent so much compared to in-game playtime ratio, just encountered like 3-4 of them in one week, they were promptly votekicked the fuck out, so i am fine with it.

You can votekick cheaters out of the game, this review is right and wrong at the same time, whle it is true that are some cheaters here and there, it is very easy to kikc these fucklords out of the game, so the problem is smaller than one can think.

Found one a long time ago, now i don't feel like playing pvp. And you might have incountered one but you didn'nt notice.

I dont have much time in the game yet, but in the free FPS genre I should have encounterd a hacker by now lol.
