Step 2, go to advanced options, Step 3, go to inbound rules and locate both rules for dark souls then go propertys, Step 4 go to general make sure "allow the connection is selected" then go to advanced, an make it domain, public and private, as well as makeing edge traversal "allowed rather than blocked.
