Okay, this game is actually really good. Watch out for spoilers online! ;)
Inscryption is a rogue-lite card game with a fascinating visual setting. The Cabin hubworld looks small, but holds plenty of secrets.
Controls can be janky at times, the games narrative is... kinda boring but the end boss was siiiiiick.

Recommend this fun card game of ferocious animals eating eachother :)

Yes this game is very good.
Of all my time in game, personalty, I have little to nothing as far as issues with game play, optimization, or over all design.

The game has quite a few items, abilities and characters to permanently unlock as you play, none of which require unreasonable amounts of grinding or luck, but are challenging all the same. 98% of unlockables in game can be done just by playing solo, any difficulty.

The ability to stack items infinitely is fantastic because is gives to so many synergy's and strategy's to try and make the perfect build each run. Between the items, the enemies and the area's to explore, there is a lot of substance to this game, without having an overwhelming amount of mechanics and things to learn like some MMOs.

The devs are supporting the game well with fixes when needed. For an inde dev, Hopoo Games have a good grasp of how to keep in touch with the community and improve the game all together.

Having the option of multiple profiles in the menu meant my nephew could have his own game to play through. That way he could start with 0 unlocks and work his way up from the start. I Appreciate that as an option Hopoo games!

DOTA 2 is a trial by fire, a mountain you never stop climbing, and a true test of patience.

But if you give it a little time to learn the mechanics, heroes and items, there is nothing more satifying than pulling off your first rampage. Dota is always changing, has a wade and varied player base and has one of the highest learning curves of any game out there, but it's greatest weakness is also it's greatest strength. Because of it's complexity, there is an endless amount of strategy and synergy to learn and play with. Once you learn it this game will NEVER get old.

In regard to those who say DOTA is only for the sweaty tryhards and not for those who want a 'fun' game, I beg to differ. There's plenty of fun to be had in the community mod arcade, and I find myself having lot of great memories finally learning how to pull off hero combos or getting with friends coming together to crush the enemy team in unbelievable comebacks.

Dota is not a game for everyone, but with a brand new tutorial and New player mode, there's no better time to give it a try than today.

The menus and UI feel like they were made for mobile. Lot's of crappy design choices and strange, unnecessary changes from the first. like not being able to choose your food menu. Say for the restaurant decorating, the feeling of progression feels lacking.

One such example of bad UI changes is this- In CSD1, I always played with separate keybindings for each food, which made things much easier to memorize and manage. The method of binding keys per food in this version is so convoluted and backwards compared to the first it's neigh unplayable for my CSD1 trained brain. Instead of a keybinding tab with all the foods just a click away to change like in 1... you need to pick the food, go into practice, select how you want to bind it and then back to the foods. This may seem like a small complaint but with so many foods in CSD2, that's a lot of unnecessary time wasted with something so simple. Sure I could spend an hour binding all the food, but why bother?

The music however, is incredible. Not enough to be the saving grace IMO but amazing none the less.

Man oh man what a game.

This is one of those games that's been sitting in my favorites for a while. This game is just the right amount of difficult. It slowly introduces new thoughts and mechanics as you progress, from the start to finish. From figuring out how the game sliders work to creating your own game engines, learning how to properly manage employees, all the way to making your own console. Wondering if the next game I release will save my company or let me crash and burn.

The game has just the right amount of micro managing where there's enough to keep me active playing most of the time without making it feel overwhelming and impossible to keep up with.

They have made some much welcome updates to the game, mostly just to the UI, oh, and the mod support is pretty boss. GameDevTycoon is always a game I can come back to and have a great time and just chill, from 15 minutes to a whole 5 hour playthrough. Even when you get good at the game, the skill curve changes and stays fun.

There ARE a couple problems with the game however. No fast forward sucks, the mechanics while fun to perfect can be annoying to learn at first without a guide.(What do you mean adventure games don't do well on the NES?! Ever heard of ZELDA?) The gameplay loop, while fun, is pretty linear with most events happening at the same time every play through, which can be a good thing and a bad thing. HOWEVER, a lot of the text pop ups and notifications can be set to not show unless you click on them which is VERY nice.

Over all, If you are into tycoon games at all, or game creation, I HIGHLY recommend giving this game a shot. 4.5/5.

TLDR:
Good: Progression, gameplay loop, updates, Mod support, chill game.
Bad:Linear progression, a bit difficult to start.
(edit) Typos, better wording and more points I missed in my first review.

Early Access Review
If I were to describe the gameplay it would be as follows. Paladins is a stew full of ingredients of other games.
First you add the broth- TF2
Then you put in the vegies- DOTA2
Get some meat- Orcs must die
Put in some pasta like-HOTS
And dont forget the salt-Overwatch.

"No, NO WAIT! THATS TOO MUCH SALT PALADINS!"

I went into Paladins knowing nearly nothing about it. I had no clue if it would be good, bad or a compleate rip-off of TF2 or overwatch. That being said, I have had a lot fun with Paladins and it has far surpassed my expectectations.

For starters, it is a very begginer friendly game. It starts you off with a good selection of champions to play as and unlocking new champions and loadouts is very reaeasonable using the in game currency. Gameplay never seems to slow and each map seems to have just the right amount of bottleneck areas to keep the game from finishing too quickly.

Paladins loadout system, while at first can be a little complicated, has a lot of depth and strategy to it. Paladins also has some of the best cosmedic items i've seen in any game.
Sure, you can pay to win but you can also unlock everything at a pretty fast rate without paying a dime. 85 hours in and I almost have everything I want unlocked.

Constant updates, new game modes and maps being tested, more champions on the way, good patchnotes and more. From what I can tell Hi-rez studio is picking up their slack and listening to the comunity.

There are still bugs and server issues but that's why the game is still in Beta.

I would recomend giving this game a try and if you don't like it, remeber, it's free.

A TCG that is hardly pay to win? Yeah, I can win about half the casual games I play and I have only spent money in the game recently.(just to support it, not because I needed anything.) The game gives you a lot of average pre-made decks to start off with and a lot of good cards, including some rare ones, just by playing the campain.(not tradable) Sure if you want to spend $100 in this game you could, but even $5 is enough to get you a good 43 card deck. The gameplay is fairly good and has hundreds of good stratigies to try. The game is still getting updates and being reworked to be more friendly to new players. There are a few things that are not very good about the game. The bugs, the way you can face up againt players much better than you that you never have a chance to win against.(it faced me up against the best IW player in the world, Adorabear once) and the voice acting in the campaign. With those downsides in mind, this is being made by a relitivly small team so the downsides get a pass by me. Over all, it has it's quirks but is worth a try to anyone who even might see this as slightly entertaining. It is free after all.

Even normal mode was to damn hard for me and I normally like difficult games. The pixel art is nice but thats realy all can say for this game. Only get it if you are looking to go bald or punch your copmuter.
