should make more graphic options. im on the recomended hardware. at lowest graphic settings and i cant get more then 10-13 fps.

that is literally on your end lol either bad wifi, or its a game your gpu/cpu literally cannot handle, and i doubt you even have anything close to recommended specs. on my old shitty student pc, which the specs were allooot lower then the recommended, and still got 20+ fps. now on my new gaming pc setup im getting a max of 784 fps. the graphics settings are just fine on this game. its either your pc isnt meant for gaming or you got a poor internet connection.
