My General Demeanor :

I'm generally very laid back and personable, always willing to talk to someone if they need it. However, I'm also very blunt and will not hesitate to share my opinions on a subject. I'm not always available though, since work gets in the way and I get pulled away from my computer a lot at home to help my parents with various things.

I prefer to be non-confrontational. Arguing is fine, but if it starts getting to a point where someone is going to say something they'll seriously regret, I usually try to dial the situation back a bit, especially in team-based online games with very toxic communities.

However, if there's one thing I truly can't stand, it's people who have no idea what they're doing in a situation and pretend they do.

My philosophy is that anger at online games is for the weak and insecure, while anger in local multiplayer is just an average game of Mario Party

I don't usually accept friend requests unless I'm already familiar with you, and if I do accept it, I will ask you what your business is with me. I'm more likely to accept if you comment on why you're adding me, but it can still be up in the air. If you want to trade or something like that, I will immediately unfriend and block you, I do not trade, getting scammed out of 180 bucks worth of items will do that to a person.

Stuff I Play :

Team Fortress 2, mostly on End of the Line's Payload Extreme server and MvM.

I love me some fighting games, but the Covid pandemic hit me hard on them. These days, most of my playtime in the genre is in Them's Fightin Herds or Melty Blood. No rollback equals ♥♥♥♥ your game.

I am a bit of a visual novel reader, with an expanding library of VNs that I am more than happy to recommend depending on your tastes and budget. If you are interested in VNs, do not hesitate to ask me about good starting points, it's always good to expand the reader base

Outside of all of that, I enjoy playing Turn-Based RPGs such as Dragon Quest and pretty much anything by Zeboyd Games. I grew up as a handheld gamer, so I guess this is to be expected.

Other Information :

I fancy myself a bit of a band geek, and will gladly discuss wind ensemble, orchestral, jazz, marching band, or whatever with people who also enjoy them. I also enjoy ambient electronica, synth rock, and general instrumental pieces.
