Helping new NA players learn competitive TF2
We help new players learn how to play competitive 6v6 TF2. We organize PUGs with new and veteran players in order to help newer players understand how 6v6 TF2 is played. The newbie mix PUGs are usually on the weekends and are always announced on this group page.
To play, join the Mumble server (chi2.tragicservers.com: 64738) when you see an announcement or an event starting. The link and info for the TF2 server you will be playing on is given out in Mumble when your newbie mix is about to start.

Looking for a PUG when Newbie Mix is not going on? Look no further! Join the IRC channel #tf2mix and use cinq's bot to add yourself to the player queue by typing !add + class you want to play i.e. !add scout. The great thing about this pug bot is that if you are not picked for the first one you are automatically added to play in the second one. Looking for a mumble and scrim server to use for your new 6v6 team? Look no further! Cinq has created another bot in the IRC channel #tf2scrim that lets you "book" one of his 4 TF2 servers for an hour so you can organize a scrim. You can change the map and kick people right from the IRC bot.
