Formed to help Catholics on their pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
Originally based in Acre, they were moved to Transylvania due to the fall of Jerusalem. They proved that they were most successful in their battles against most of their enemies. They were soon though, expelled in 1225. The order returned in 1230 for the Prussian Crusade (A campaign to christianize the Old Prussians). The decline of the order started after the Battle of Grunwald (Against a Polish-Lithuanian army in 1410). Later the order was outlawed by both Napoleon Bonaparte and Hitler. Returning after the end of both of those figures, the clan is still an order to this day.
