Epic game, epic playtime and a epic adventure. This game gives lots of replayability and is fun to play if you dont blast through it. The Obsidian mod is reccommended as it only makes this a more enjoyable experience.
This game is not as good as you think. Sure its fun for the first 10-30 hours, but after that you never want to play it again out of boredom. The mods don't really add much and will alot of the time just break the game. Nothing more than right click, left click, hold both and then repeat on the next NPC.
