Welcome to L4D2 Serious Players!

The function of this group is to gather the people who I have seen display a high-level of skill and coordination in L4D2. I hope to keep this group relatively small as well (no more than 100 people...subject to change).

What about pub-stomping? Am I a giant dick? Yes, and no. See, an L4D2 pub-stomp only stays fun for a little bit. The ultimate goal of this group is to eventually organize games within this group. Who knows, tournaments might even be possible!

As an aside, YES, a microphone is necessary. Can you do good without one? Yes. But it is impossible to keep the same level of coordination without a mic as with one.

I have a few goals for this group. Firstly, this can be a group where you can log onto Steam, open our page, select any random 3 people, and game. Obviously we're not ready to play 24/7, but the goal is to have a host of players ready to play with anyone.

My second goal is for people to get out there and meet and cooperate with different people. One full game of L4D often brings together 3 different people into a comrade/friend-relationship.

My third and final goal is for inter-group games. As we progress into the first 20-30 players, we can test ourselves against eachother; games that will build skill, coordination, and (most of all, rolleyes) friendship.
