Yeah worst customer service of any company I've had dealings with.

All up I would have spent a bit over $300 on the lifetime sub and various ships. But when my main became really badly bugged - and it was affecting other players too - could I get them to fix it?

No.

It took more than a year of bug reports, CS tickets, a complaint to BBB and finally a threat to complaint to the US Federal Trade Commission to get the bug fixed.

In the interim their head of community relations took to slagging off at me in the forums, perfectly innocent posts were moderated away and they blatantly lied in their response to BBB (as evidenced by emails from CS).

Stay away or if you don't, for your own sake don't spend money on it. There's a better than fair you'll end up really regretting it.

All of my characters got wiped, and they refused to restore them, even though it happened on their end! Go you guys go... I was a Beta player, stood by the game as being decent enough to play through, even played klingon before they even had any quests... and dont get me started on that, took months for us to get anything not pvp...
