We recommend the following settings for players on our servers:

Make sure that you allow any download from server to client. // by default
Start CS:S > Options > Multiplayer > Select "Allow all custom files from server" > OK

Make sure that you didn’t disable HTML MOTDs. // it’s unchecked by default
Start CS:S > Options > Multiplayer > Advanced > Remove the check mark in front of "Disable HTML MOTDs." > OK

Client commands:
cl_allowdownload 1 // by default
cl_allowupload 1 // by default
cl_disablehtmlmotd 0 // has the same effect like the menu option
cl_downloadfilter "all" // has the same effect like the menu option
cl_interp 0.02 // min 0.031
cl_interp_ratio 2 // by default
rate 70000 // min 20000

Troubleshooting:

If your models aren't working (invisible or errors) then delete the following folders and reconnect to KnifeKickers #1:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player\soccermod\away\
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player\soccermod\home\
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\models\player\soccermod\away\
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\models\player\soccermod\home\

Or delete the following folders and reconnect to KnifeKickers Paradise:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player\sshomer\
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\models\player\small_sumo_mani_beetle\homer_fix\

If you can’t hear the play sounds then delete the following folder before you connect to one of our servers:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike source\cstrike\sound\forlix

Make sure that you didn’t mute the play sounds on our server with chat command "!sounds" (option 9).
