I think so, because I like the WH:40K RTS games. Only problem, and it's kinda' an unforgiveable problem, is that the campaigns are SHORT and very repetitive. Expect to see the same maps over and over, and even some maps from previous Warhammer 40K games (like Dawn of War or Chaos Rising). But, you do get to play these campaigns as a different race each time (including Imperial Guard), so there's a novelty in that. There's a lot of nice DLC for this (such as the Ultramarines pack) so I'd try to get this as a collection if possible.
