Well you have come to the right place, currently this is a simple test to see if this will work as currently I have not seen any global groups which run the same way as this, so why not take the plunge!
Basically when I was planning this out we decided that team leaders will get the rights to post events and messages that they are in need of a merc, this allows people who follow this group to be notified of this upcoming match and apply for the merc spot! There is also the use of the group chat which allows people to chat with people who might not be on your friends list. Just makes things a whole lot easier!
One of the only ways this will work efficently is if you invite other people. The more people who are in this group the better and easier it will be to find mercs.
