I can see that someone wants to send you a friend request. However, you should be wary about this. This is due to the fact that there are an increasing number of confidence trick attempts occurring on steam so at this time I would not recommend communications with people who you do not know and who have their profiles set to private. Needless to say I was quickly out of there and made sure to change my steam password, scan my computer for viruses and report the account to Steam Support.
