A very unique game enviroment wise; under water! You can really feel the depth when you dive into the abyss!

Subnautica is a survival base building game. It might feel somewhat overwelming at first, but since the game has been around for sometime, the community has provided people with tons of content in form of guides and various tips for both beginners and experienced players via Youtube. An advice before you "dive" (hehe) too deep into those video clips; settle with the beginners guide at first and try to explore and find out as much as possible on your own in order to enhance the experience. Only use the online guides and maps if u get stuck.

The graphic is awesome and the underwater sounds really enhances that immersive feeling. The game is very user friendly and feels very smooth and addictive. The base building system is great and the freedom of looks on all your bases is endless. If you love basebuilding and a strong feeling of real progress when finding all blueprint parts to various cool stuff after searching in both shallow and deep waters, then this game is a hit!

Check Youtube reviews/gameplay before you buy it.

Early Access Review
A very interesting and fun game! Some may call it a survival game but I'm not one of those simply because you cant die from starvation...
It's kind of grindy but you get rewarded fast for the "work" you put in. You can make the game into a long or rather short experience depending on if you feel the need to build big houses for each "age" (stone age, Bronze age etc etc) The building part in the game is very well developed and it's fun to go from planning, setting of a construction site by clearing the area from trees and boulders, leveling the ground and finally start buidling your new Long house or stone house.
I so far have the impression that the devs are working to keep providing us with new bosses and biomes for us to explore along with new features. The replayabillity is great in this game since you get a completly new world every time you start over.
The graphics is awesome, apart from the character you have which is kinda of "pixly", but I hope they'll find a way to improve that in the future...

1950 hours playing this game...
Rust has something for every players taste! You often start completly naked with only a torch and a big rock that you use to gather your first resources. You also need to keep an eye out for food and water since you start in an almost starving and dehydrated condition.
You gather resources (stone, metal, high quality metal, wood, sulfur, low grade fuel, cloth and leather) and build a base (how big and advanced is up to you) from where you go on adventures to find components in various crates and barrels. Be aware though, some modded servers offers a somewhat tougher climate in the form of zombie hordes at night time and various other bots guarding different monuments which usually has better loot than other crates and barrels along the roads. If you manage to survive the first stage, then the real fun starts where your progress offers more options the more stuff you get!

If you are a new player, then I suggest that you learn the basic's from videoclips on Youtube. There are tons of guides to all aspects of the game! I also suggest that you learn the basic's from PvE servers since your building skills isn't optimal at first. You can loose a whole weeks work over night, while beeing offline, to a raiding player group who destroys your base and take all your stuff on PvP servers! The game is very much playable solo, but easier if you have friends to play with.

Servers:

There are modded servers and vanilla servers (original game). Vanilla servers usually means lots and lots of grinding resources while modded servers have settings that lets you get resources much faster so you can focus on building base and start the progress of building all the stuff you want. There are servers that have tons of mods that changes almost every aspect of the game and there are those modded servers that are only modded to an extent that the grinding of resources is enhanced. A good idea is to find out when the next wipe of the whole map is due on the server you are on. (Some choose to wipe the whole map once every thursday, while other either wipes the map every other thursday or monthly.) You will learn to look forward to next wipe after playing for some time on a server. It allways feels refreshing to start over with base building etc etc.

Features:

* lots and lots of stuff that can be built from starting a farm of corn, potatoes etc etc to build automated turrets and other trap devices that protects your base both while you are online and offline

* You can setup advanced electrical devices. (check guides on Youtube for more info)

* You can get all kinds of vehicles such as cars, helicopters, boats and even ride on horses

* You can settle with a simple cabin made from wood, or a strong big base made from metal

* Struggle for survival...

To rap this up; I strongly recommend that you atleast try the game. I can almost promise that you will get addicted once you have mastered the basic's. Learning curve somewhat long in order to master every aspect of the game, but forgiving in a degree that u can still play the game as novice and learn while you play. PvE servers has the most friendly comunities where other players often offers to help you out if you ask for it.

Gave this game a chance for 3 hours... I virtually didn't get a ♥♥♥♥ what I was supposed to do or how to make any progress. The idea of no tuturial to "enhance" the feel of survival and discovery was a bad idea! I give this game a REAL thumbs down!!

Story mode (solo vs AI) is most fun of the 2 modes.

Online among other players is as hard as GTA V if u are playing solo which is a pitty. Tried to do a copple of missions online but got killed by teams of other players who did their best to interrupt the missions I did. Making money is a real grind if u aren't doin any missions and prices are HIGH on every little item u wanna buy.

Story mode on the other hand is a deliteful experience though. Story is long even without the side missions and all other stuff u can do. 1 unrealistic thing that got me upset a few times was that the law came very fast as soon as u started a robbery. I recomend this game.

Most advanced TW game so far. Tons of options and possibilities in diplomacy and these possibilities sometimes even changes depending on what faction you play. Because of the depth in diplomacy options you will sometimes experience that powerfull factions can just crumble from inside if you play smart.
There are 2 modes on how to use your generals aswell. Play in "Romance"-mode and u will have generals who can duel other generals. Many of your generals, in this mode, will be able to take on whole units of enemies (Much like the system in TW: Warhammer).

I really recommend this game!

I've had this game for quite some time now. The general idea of the game is very nice and you really do get a feeling for transporting goods. The first half of the game is awesome when u build up your company and buy garages, trucks, upgrades (to both trucks and garages) and hire people to work for you. But it stops beeing interresting when your company gets big enough that it can handle itself just fine without you driving anymore. Another downside is that the drivers u hire doesnt actually drive fysically, it says in a table that if u click on one of your employees then you will see what goods he/she is transporting atm, how far to the destination and things like that, but you will never actually meet your trucks on the road. I have asked the devs to fix this, but I'm but one player among many so they probably doesn't listen to me.. =)

One other negative thing is that u will get to pay a fine if you are currently in a intersection when the stop-light changes to red, or if u are too slow to stand on the brakes if it's about to turn red. You dont do that in reality, only if the cops see you. There are cops in the game but they doesn't seem to care about you.

So in short, buy the game if it's on sale and you like to drive trucks and the idea of building up a big company.

This game is a tad grindy, but if u like the stuff u do of the grinding stuff then I think u will actually like this game. It's an RPG game in the degree that u are, thrue the whole game, building both Mad Max himself to become a badass melee fighter and your car/cars. All parts are applyable to all carbodies u get. So once u get an upgrade, then that upgrade will automaticly be applied to any BODY u choose. The upgrades isnt appliable to the cars you steal for your collection.

The melee fighting feels quite satisfying and it reminds me lot of the Assassin's Creed (Before they changed the fighting style in Assassin's Creed in the newer games that is...). The game Mad Max really feels like a struggle to survive with the scares resources of water, but as u progress and enhances the bases u get along the way, then that struggle is but a memory of a more interresting time in the game. It is by then u will start to feel like you are doing the same stuff over and over, but atleast I found it fun enough to for the end-game.

Last word: Buy the game when it's on sale. =)

TW: Warhammer is still that traditional TW game that you might have played before, but with some tweeks and fixes to give it a more fantasy like feel and look. The typical TW game usually takes a copple of days or even weeks to finish, but due to the imo rather small world map it now only takes about 3-4 days to finish one game. This lowers the overall grade imo. Warhammer gives the generals and agents the abillity to use magic on the battlefield wich is rather cool. They have managed to balance it pretty good so that magic matters only to some degree. It can tip the scale when 2 evenly matched armies face eachother, but when you face an army who has much stronger units than yours, then you dont stand a chance, even with magic (As it should be imo).

It's often very frustrating when your enemy uses lots of ranged units. A great way to deal with those is to use the new type of flying units! They are able to fly over the enemies frontline and assault the annoying units behind them. Most ranged units are still very vunerable to melee attacks so attacking by air is one of the best counter meassures to counter enemy ranged attacks.

There are already tons of mods in the workshop for TW: Warhammer wich enables you to change the game to your taste, both in grapics and in game changes.

I give TW: Warhammer a grade of 7 out of 10. (In comparssion TW: Shogun 2 got a 9 out of 10)
