I've spent more time playing this game than any other on Steam by far. Weapon upgrades may be unrealistic in the ways they do them, but the actual weapons system is very nice. Bullets drop over range, and once you find weapons that actually shoot where you're aiming, you'll find most enemies easy to kill at range. Even so, the mutants can survive a lot. As for the actual story missions, some are easy while others are downright near impossible to do perfectly.
