GO TO POWER OPTIONS
CLICK: CHOOSE WHEN TO TURN OFF THE DISPLAY (left column)
CLICK: CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS (in blue)
IN POWER OPTIONS, THE FiRST THING SHOULD SAY:

[+] Aditional options
CLICK THIS AND OPEN IT UP.
Then u will see [+] Require a password on wakeup
CLICK THIS AND TADA YOU WILL HAVE A SCROLLDOWN THAT SAYS Yes or No.
