I've played CoH back in the day. Including the 1st xpac. Sarap nga nung game na yun. Pero wala ako nun sa steam. Wala ako credit card pambili dito hehe. Saka mas type ko DoW 2. Though can't play lately, daming kelangan gawin, malapit na finals e.

Yuri, when we're good enough, we can do a planned attack on a map against expert AI. When we were playing with Chris, we first discussed who was going where and what do the others do. Step by step. Taking bridges, holding choke points, just like real military strategy. The game is that deep that you can talk like you're actually doing it in real life. After agreeing with what to do, we plan to go on surgical strike.

Then all hell breaks loose and everyone runs screaming for their mommy and we then learn to think on the fly. It would be nice if we can apply that mastery on some unsuspecting team of players online. The problem is, when you check out the top list of players, their rank is like galaxies away from us. Still, the fun is in the execution. Or failure.

A military tactician once said, "No plan ever survives an encounter with the enemy".

Hey Yuri, I see you've been racking up some combat experience on CoH ah. We can't wait to have you over in one of the games. Even playing coop against AI is epic. it's mostly about the human factor really than the game itself. it also helps that you're carried away with the theme once in a while.

Mark I visit Kotaku and Destructoid from time to time coz I've noticed that the articles you've posted come from those sites. I'll visit the others you've mentioned too. They're new to me.

Yuri, I would suggest for you to check out these gaming blogs. Gaming blogs are actually where the news come first and often.

Kotaku, Destructoid, and Rock, Paper Shotgun. Also, Valve and other developers read these blogs and sometimes comment on the forums.
