I went on a 'horror-gaming' binge for awhile trying out different games that would allegedly scare me. "F.E.A.R.", the "Penumbra" series, "Mass Effect" were some titles that came to mind as well as "Call of Chtulhu". When I heard of Amnesia, I had to try it out and see if it was as scary as the videos of others playing it made me laugh.

I was not disappointed. During innumerable moments, I could feel my own heart beating (likely a deadly sign of arrythymia) along with the protagonist's. Without a doubt, you will feel terror crawl up your spine as soon as you realize "There's no weapons for me to fight the scary monsters with..." You either run, hide, or die.

Amazingly fun and scary game. If you intend to kill your elderly grandparents off, have them play this game in the dark.
