This game is amazing, simply amazing. It's not an RPG like Fallout or TES where the world is built around your character. The Zone couldn't care less if you're the main character or not, if you aren't careful you're dead simple as that.

I can't count the times that I've died carelessly walking into an anomaly field or into a nest of one of the hundreds of creatures the world has.

One protip for potential players, while it is the most fun part, don't go walking around when it's night time unless you enjoy crapping yourself over every gust of wind.

Sure it's old but its one of the best damned top down strategy style games I've ever playted...just don't expect to get past the first level without a lot of work
