Fits nicely with movie. Steady and deliberate but not slow. Excited to get deeper in as it seems like it will repay a sustained investment of time.

Very helpful. With a game of this complexity, unless you're an expert, pretty much mandatory. Try a section. Fail. Read this. Try again and eventually succeed. An interesting glimpse into an awesome game!

Even better with mods - check out Hayabusa Sushi's Trilogy - they're legit! Ambition's my favorite. Like a whole new game - such huge improvements. Was on TWCenter at one time, just this month on Steam Workshop.

Enjoyable mid-difficult strategy game! Less than a paradox but more than a total war. Good for shorter gaming sessions/campaigns as it is more relaxing than either of those brands.
Expansions really make it - waiting for the next before I dive back in.

Very promising. Minimalist but still very deep. Reminds me of the good old days of substance over style. Definitely retro, but enjoyable. A great break between longer gaming sessions or to relax at the end of a day, or over lunch break or similar.

PS - be careful landing on planets - if your speed is not reduced to zero you'll crash rather than land.
