To everyone who plays with Optimist when he is medic. Stop crying out for medic every second as you are not the only one injured. Many people are burning to death at this very moment you are spamming yells for medic's assistance. After the first time you have called for Medic your request has been taken into consideration. Just wait for your turn to be healed.
