JC's Tips To Becoming A Veteran Player
WEAPONS
1.) When using a shotgun, load to max whenever possible and unless you're confident enough, you can shoot near your friends.
2.) A shotgun is the best choice for beginners as it deals close range and clears a group of zombies easily. Best when cornered but watch your ammo.
3.) A Uzi machinegun is useful for range shots and works best when aimed at the zombie's head. Though the ammos runs out really fast, it's best not to go trigger-happy and limit yourself to 5 shots per zombie.
4.) Handguns are always useful at times of distress or if you want to conserve ammo. Switch to handguns for range shots if you have a shotgun or to conserve ammo for more deadly enemies ahead.
5.) The carbine rifle is pretty much better than the uzi because of it's range and ability to pop zombie's heads like the shotgun. Also limit your shots to about 3 for each zombie to conserve ammo.
6.) The carbine rifle is also useful in zombie panic situations when you're in a corner. Simply aim up towards the zombie's heads and open fire in that direction to pop multiple zombies coming at you.
7.) A sniper rifle is best for long range shots and particularly useful in killing enemies in the distance. However your crosshair and aim would be bad when running thus it's often wise to squat and take aim.
8.) The sniper rifle is capable of killing zombies in a single shot but it's weakness lies in close range combat.
9.) When reloading your weapon, it is often advise to press the hit button in events that an enemy is in front.
TACTICS
1.) When going in separate ways, it's often advised to have alongside you so that in case you're caught by a smoker or hunter, the other can save you easily.
2.) When your team mates are shooting, never ever run right into their line of fire or friendly fires might occur. Especially so in Expert Mode.
3.) When camping in room during zombie panics, do not stand in front of the door. Others mught shoot you by mistake and prevents your team mates from covering fire.
4.) In zombie panics, it is wise to throw a pipe bomb when your friends are in bad situations like being cornered or incapitated.
5.) When in zombie panics, it is wise to stay together at a corner and press the hit button to knock the zombies away. Shooting is not advise as it has an opening which allows the zombies to hit you. Pressing the hit button together at a direction forms almost an invincible barrier to prevent zombies from hitting you all.
6.) When being vomitted on by a boomer, quickly find your team mates and defend together. Someone whose's not vomitted on should quickly protect them by staying in front and knock the zombies away. He will not be targeted by the zombie as they go after the one's being vomitted on.
