One day, Bobby Kotick, a businessman who pretends to be a gamer, noticed that while PS3 and XB360 users were paying for maps, PC users were getting it for free.
"Why is this?" he asked.
The lead at IW responds. "Because the PC version allows players to make their own maps, so it really didn't make sense to charge money for ours."
"So if we removed support for that, we could charge for our maps on the PC."
