A worthy sequel that proves Gearbox's little game as grown up. Now with 100% more plot, 50% less broken (until the Mechromancer shows up), and far more of a fully fleshed out game. Borderlands 2 does a good job of extending the original "story" and expanding the world, and makes me wonder if the almost-inevitable Borderlands 3 will take us off the surface of Pandora (or is there more yet to explore?)

Call of Duty before Call of Duty (and aim-down-sights).

It's the classic Counter Strike from back in the day. And while the maps and the gameplay has aged well, sadly the character models (and the skybox) have not. Still, it's just like going back and playing Doom or Quake: one of those experiences that was a cornerstone of many FPS fans' experiences.
