DO NOT fall for "Customer Specialist Jon". I was Hijacked. Also, STEAM is the best ever. Steam retrieved my account in a short 4 days (I don't respond to emails fast lol). They seemed very trusting and after a few questions and two pictures, they changed my password, contact emails, and my recovery questions to completely ensure that the hijacker could never get on again. Now I know to never give out my password XD. Btw, the highjacker removed me from all of my groups and deleted all of my friends. I only have 3 now lol.
