The group was formed by siegeghost who was mayor in a server, siegeghost prefures to serious RP so he set up a goverment, it started with only Siege and dokter. Siege's computer crashed. anmd when he came back the server was hell, so dokter and siege recruited 2 memebers into the Gov, Deadly Sword and Jack. Than after recruiting another member the gov fled to there HQ. After a brief meeting, they found that they were bieng spied on. The spy helped retake the towns houses, Than with this spy that was actually a non goverment cop they Assaulted Vault 15 and took down a clan called the Epics. Than they retook the whole town. After that they met in a abandon mine. After this another conflict happened in which someone took control of the gov. HQ, they gov, now named the enclave, attacked and took back the base than recruited another person.
