that will put both your team effectiveness and how well u work with your team.

The Solo Effectiveness is a more challenging. All your teammates die in a rush and you push your skills to the max take out the opponets.

The E.S. in Elite Squadrant also stands for Excellent Skill, meaning you will need skill to join this group.

E.S. games consist of Team Fortress2, CounterStrike:Source, and Day of Defeat.
