The customization in this game is so vast that you can spend countless hours toying around with your characters and having fun with just that alone. Questing to 40 is also quite enjoyable, but I highly recommend bringing a friend with you, it makes it considerably better. All things considered, it's a very good game. That and, hell, it's FREE! What do you have to lose? Give it a shot and see for yourself.

In short: One of the best games I've played in a very long time, and it's pretty much the first game with a face-lift and a cover system. So, If you enjoyed the first game, BUY IT. If you never played the first game, go buy and finish that, then buy this. Just be sure to play both, as it would be a shame to miss them.
