Welcome to the first friends-only L4D2 tournament

Since it is the holiday season, I decided to be hosting a short friends-only L4D2 tournament.

The special something about this tournament is that the winning team will be awarded for their victory. Each member of the winning team, meaning 4 players, will see themselves granted a free game from Steam. They can pick any game they want starting from 19.99$ and below.

The objective of this tournament is to have fun and spend time with your online friends to share a competitive moment.

How is it going to work? Simple. I will be inviting 15 players to participate, meaning there is going to be 4 teams in total. (Myself included for the 16th member.) It will be a round based elimination system, meaning that there's going to be 2 rounds ; the semi-final (where 2 teams will get knocked out) and the final (where we will be crowning the winning team).

To favorise teamwork and coordination and prevent team stacking, we will use a simple draft system with 4 team captains of my choosing, obviously 1 for each team. Everyone will know in which team they will be a part of before the actual date the event is held.
