Steam tells me I've sunk over 1000 hours into TF2. It's that good! Such a variety of playstyles within and between classes, and so much depth to the gameplay... I've played over 100 hours as soldier, over 100 as spy, and I'm still nowhere near the skill ceiling.

It's also free, and has hats.

An incredibly immersive game with beautifully realised environments, very strong story and characterisation and challenging but fun combat.
