By far my favorite of the Puppy Games on Steam so far. It has some meat to it while being very easy to pick up and play, and a good mix of tactics and arcade style.

The storyline is somewhat short and narrow but has its awesome and outrageous moments. Some plots and characterizations seemed to wrap up too quickly but the characters are amusing. For an open pick up and play city shooter and mayhem engine, it has all the elements, and lots of customization, though maybe not as much as its predecessor. Despite the few complaints, it's great at what it does right, which is a lot of fun.

While Fallout 3 brought the series back, Fallout New Vegas brought it back to its roots, with a more classic design and setting, soundtrack, and incredibly well realized characters. You will probably spend many hours with this.
