You don't want all the achievements in this game, some gives you useless items that makes it harder to find the ones you want, and once you get them you cant reset them, i tried using console commands to remove them, but as soon as you start the game you get them again. some of the ones i would avoid getting is: Hold my beer, No skill, Lone wolf, It takes two.
