GKO began when to former members of RTWs New Order Clan LNDavout and Helme felt the need to creat a stable clan for gamers during and after the termoil of new orders brakedown, the clan soon gained members some former team mates of Helme and LNDavout soom Old Friends and some new players looking to make a name. GKO did well in RTW & M2TW first as a clan on its own and then as part of a alliance made of 2 clans into the varangian gaurds.
