Another Lazy Review:

+ Good graphics, destructible environment.
+ Shoot everbody in sight (again) is not that mindless and arcadeish.
+ There is a story you know and some NPCs.
+ Devastator and C4 are good ideas.
+ Dialogues are kinda good .
+ Bone horses are still a pain in the arse

- Not as hard as his grandfather.
- Nothing new .
- Excessive us of "serious" still not dropped.

Recommend : Yes (when it is 1$ where so often is the case)
