Do I recommend this game??

Absolutely!

My friend and I love this game, and stream it regularly! Being in Early access at this moment, there are still some bugs. However, the main ones I've run into have either already been addressed and patched, or are on the list of things to be fixed. The devs are interactive with the community and do their best to stay on top of any issues that arise. The game is consistantly in my update list because of how hard the devs work.

Keep up the good work, and we look forward to what else you have in store for us!

BUT IT'S FREE!!!

This has got to be the best developing tool I've ever used, and I've been searching for one this powerful (but free) for going on three years, but now I can stop looking! I love this program, no other way to say it. Sure there are limitations, but it's the lite version, so you wouldn't expect that everything would be open.

Does this game have mcrotransactions to lean it towards pay to win? Yes.
Is it repetitive after a while? Yes.
Does it run perfect? Not always.
How are the graphics? Not great, but pretty good.
How's the co-op story? "Black Wood is here, so let's go fight!"

So why do I recommend this game?
Because this game ISN'T pay to win, unless you're terrible. Any player with any sort of skill with any gun can still take down the top dog. Sure the co-op is repetitive, but that doesn't make it less fun. You can run the same map over and over again and it will never be the same thing twice. I wouldn't say this is the best F2P game ever, but I only say that because I haven't played them all. Of the ones I have played, this doesn't only take the top spot, but it shows faults in other F2P games you didn't know there were.

Looking at the other reviews, you'll notice a basic trend. People with less hours tend to vote down this game, people with more hours tend to vote it up. That isn't because it's bad, that's because they don't give it a very good chance. This isn't a game you play for half an hour and make a decision. There's a lot more to it than it seems at first, and that's part of why it's so good.

The unlock system always you to choose between categories of items to unlock, rather than making you unlock a gun now, then some armor, then another gun, then an attachment. This servers as both a pro and a con. The pro is that it lets you choose. For example, I've been working to unlock a new sniper rifle. I put all my effort to that one rifle. It also serves as a con, compared to games like CoD, in which you unlock a couple guns per level. This game doesn't unlock things based on level, but rather "Vendor Points", which go towards unlocking new stuff.

The multiplayer is set up in two ways. The first is a screen similar to the newer CoD's (I reference them a lot because I play them), in that you choose the game mode you want to play and it finds a random game of that mode for you, The second is a server browser, allowing you to search any servers that are currently online, for those who want a game with specific settings.

As you play, you earn in-game money, which you spend to buy weapons after they are unlocked, and to repair your gear, similar to Black Ops 1. You can also rent the higher end weapons for 1, 7, or 30 days, but again, even higher end gear can be out-gunned.

Over all, I love this game, which explains why I have 100+ hours on it. It's an extremely fun game, and well worth the time to play.

Absolutely loved this game, but the level of P2W in this game is disgusting

The game starts off and is alot of fun! You construct and maintain your islands and army, you raid other players bases, and run through the campaign, which at some points, others up a bit of a challenge. Seems like a blast right? IT IS! But then reality sets in. You get build times of 10 days just so you can hold more resources to wait another 10 days to spend. Training times for troops aren't too bad at first, 20 second, 45 second, but then you have some that are an hour, which kills the whole 'quick retraining' thing. I see what the Devs want, which is for you to spend money to build stuff quicker, but the amount of money you would have to spend to make any difference at all is absolutely ridiculous.

Over all, I feel like it is a good game, but due to the huge wait times and extreme depending on spending cash, I would not recommend this game.

I personally love the game. It runs spectacular. I do see why people dont like it, as there are some glitches, but not enough to make it as bad as people say. The Exinction mode is similar to zombie, but with perks and other added stuff.

I'd give the game a 9/10
