It is exactly what it claims to be you break down ships and it gets more complex as it goes. If that is what you are into it is fantastic.

The ultra wide support takes this from a good shmup to a wild sensory overwhelming experience. More games need to suport ultrawide like this. When I die please play Freedom at the funeral.

Silly as hell and good fun. Has the exploration of the early fallout games matched with the goofy antics of KOL.

If you can't find something to enjoy in West of Loathing I pity you.

This game feels like someone's homework project for programing class.
It fails to grasp what made old school videogames fun. There is no reason to play this over Asteroids or any of the other endless Asteroids inspired games that have come out in the last nearly 30 years.

Why would you make a game with so many options without making any of them good?

The shooting mini game in Stardew Valley is like this game but better in every aspect, that is sad as hell.

A little romp of a game about mashing the attack button and jumping around everywhere. Not nearly insane enough to be a proper strider game though, even though all of the dialogue is stunningly stupid.

In my 4 hour run of the game I stumbled into a handful of pretty wild bugs where I got trapped in the walls, and then one where I died while beating the first form of the final boss resulting in the game crashing and then loading my save with me unable to attack, use the catapult move, or reenter the final showdown area again. I manged to fix by leaving the zone, by kind of sliding through a door I shouldn't have been able to without the launch move, closing the game and loading my save again.

Just like in real life doors complain that you aren't attacking them with the right kind of sword.

Everything this game does it does wrong. Enjoy hanging on rails, an awful combo system, and a stupid remixing memories gimmick videos. Its like a video game made by people that have only heard of video games second hand and did an awful job of mimicking what they think video games might be. The plot is stupid, the soundtrack awful, and is basically an awful mix and match of parts that don't work together.
No amount of memory remixing could make you think this game is good.
Oh and the camera is laughably bad.
