A great idea that isn't quite pulled off in practice. Sort of Tropico-ish, you are an up and coming gangster and you build your little empire and you open premises and joints and make money and various bigger fish give you tasks to complete and every now and then you have to pay off the cops. Then they do these turn-based action deals where you have to go steal the documents or something and then get out. These are fairly frustrating because your guys will routinely miss shots it says they have an 80% chance of hitting, while the bad guys are crack shots even from a distance, through a window, with a shotgun.

I am still playing through it, and probably will get close to finishing, but this is one to catch on sale if you want it. I haven't tried the multiplayer yet.
