Fort Myers Gaming Corps
Gentlemen! Greetings and welcome to the |FMG|!
The |Fort Myers Gaming| Corps is a clan established by gamers of the Fort Myers High School Class of 2008. Although many of the founding members have worked and played together across a plethora of games and systems, |FMG| was created for the express purpose of local unity and intended for primary use in Team Fortress 2. |FMG| members also play Left 4 Dead and Counter Strike:Source together, and many of its members have played together since Counter Strike 1.5.
The clan continues to this day, and remains a successful endeavor, as many of its members are recognizable in high profile TF2 servers. Despite the current geographical seperation of the admins, |FMG| continues to game and grow from locations such as: Purdue University, University of Florida, University of Central Florida, Florida State University, and Florida Gulf Coast University.
The |FMG| is an amazing group of individuals, ranging from Eagles Scream to Just For Fun gamers. Skill is a requirement, but so is likability. As such, each person who wears the |FMG| tag is guaranteed to have an interesting persona and scary good skills. We pride ourselves on a sense of camaraderie amongst members, a fun playing environment, and a little bit of friendly rivalry.
Anyone interested in joining |FMG| should seek out one of the admins and play with them as much as possible, as well as other members. Admin approval is required for entry, however the admins often rely on the good words of the members, and if any seeking application meet our standards, they are welcomed with open arms.
