Think of phrase "it rains or it doesn't rain". This does not depict any state of being, saying "it rains" depicts one state of events, aswell as "it doesn't rain".But "it rains or it doesn't rain" doesn't say "anything"about state of being but is still true when either of both states apply. A group for fans of the Touhou (東方) series of games, as well as all doujin works (music, art, etc). While this group consists of mostly English speakers, everyone is welcome.
