You can obtain your Falcon ID by following these steps:
1) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Novint\Falcon\TestUtilities\FalconTest
2) Run FalconTest.exe
3) Click 'Open'
4) In the top left hand corner, you will find your Falcon's Serial Number (listed as SN), also known as your Falcon ID. This is what you will need to submit to me (Novint|Renegade) through PM on Steam.
If Steam PM's are not functioning, please e-mail your Falcon ID, along with your Steam community link, to falconers@novint.com. You will be added within 1-2 days of submitting your e-mail.
This group will be your source for all contests related to the Falcon, and any community related events. If you are part of this community, please feel free to add the [Falcon] tag to your Steam name.

I like teamwork and communication. If you've a plan, I'm happy to do my part.
I'd really recommend some of the links below on aim training. The first is an article challenging a number of common perceptions about aim; the second is a TF2 map for training; the 3rd is a youtube video on how to train on an aim map. The 3rd refers to a CS:S map rather than a TF2, but the principles apply, and it is a good discussion.
Anyway, I'm working on this, and recommend you give this a look too.
