While the game certainly isn't perfect, for those looking for a fun combat system and enjoyable gathering akin to RuneScape I would definitely take a look! Perhaps just wait for another sale ;)

With only 4 games played I can say that I'm enjoying the game! There's definitely improvements that are needed, which others have already stated, but for a free game that's a nice way to just chill after work it's a good time!

I'm only a few hours in and I'm loving it so far. I've never been terribly keen on survival based games, but the progression and theme are really captivating. For $20, I'd definitely give this one a go!

While I am continuing to play and enjoy the game, I also can't recommend anyone else to purchase it for the time being. I personally have loved the Battlefield franchise since BF2 back in 2004 but this game is so rough around the edges and missing basic features at launch that I would hold off and check back in like 3 months when it's most likely less expensive and a more finished product.

Absolutely amazing! I've never enjoyed a game this much. The story telling is fantastic and I quickly grew to like and bond with the characters. If you enjoy interactive stories and fun tactical combat I recommend getting this.

An incredibly well made game. You have to have a small area to physically walk around but if you do I highly recommend giving this a go. Especially since it's free!

There were many times when I felt as though I actually had a paddle in hand. The physics in the game are unbelievable, and if you're an average ping pong player you'll feel right at home!

Gritty and beautiful to look at, this game is a hoot to play. Tense moments aren't scarce as you attempt to find clues to your prey while remaining constantly vigilant of other hunters who would like to stop you.

I typically play solo as I don't have any friends who have the game yet, but when I do join a random player I am almost always met with a friendly and helpful individual. The community is great! I would highly recommend giving this game a go!

One of (if not the best) early access games I've purchased. The developers seem to be constantly adding / modifying / debugging the game and are highly responsive on the subreddit. I actually look forward to coming home from work and getting to hop online with a bunch of strangers for some tactical (and sometimes goofy) fun!

The $40 price was the biggest hurdle for me. If you're very hesitant I say wait for another sale. Otherwise if you can spare the $40 and enjoy tactical military shooters that doesn't require trecking over hills for 2 hours to find enemies, I say Squad is the game for you!

Not a huge fan of top-down view games but gave this one a chance and I was not dissapointed. The amount you can do is truely amazing! Just a word to the wise, make sure while creating your characters you think carefully about where you place points. The "All Skilled Up" talent is a useful one ;). And Coop is awesome.
