Team of badasses reassembling for world dominance ESEA S13
Visit HRG...ASSEMBLEEEE!'s profileOne of the best open world games I've ever played. A delightful mix of some of the best action games in an open world that isn't New York. Story can be very gripping at parts and a little nonsensical at others. The amount of action is incredible and keeps the game fun and fluid even when not playing in missions.
So the thing about Bulletstorm, where to start..The story is a bit muddled, but the visuals and characters are great. It can best be described as a modern day Duke Nukem with fancy ways to kill and loads of cheap thrills. While the story isn't the best, the action and combination of environmental killing possibilities will certainly keep you entertained. The game is relatively linear, but the game provides enough variation to keep you flowing throughout the game. Overall, it's a fun mindless action game, with a few moments of surprise and difficulty. Each chapter has some unique aspect that will have you fighting on some sort of moving platform or doing some sort of unique action instance, so it doesn't get too repititive. Probably not worth the full $20, but if you can get it for $5 or $10 it's definitely fun for awhile.
