We are a British Realism unit, based in the game 'Darkest hour', a popular RO mod. We portray No.3 Commando an elite British Commando unit.

Some history;

The British Commandos were formed in June 1940, as a well-armed, non-regimental raiding force employing unconventional and irregular tactics to assault and disrupt the enemy in mainland Europe and Scandinavia. No.3 was the first Commando unit ever to see action with the raid on Guernsey Operation ‘Ambassador’14/15 July 1940.

On 18 October 1942 Hitler issued his 'Kommandobefehl', or 'Commando Order'. In this order Hitler required that British soldiers participating in Commando operations should be "annihilated to the last man", even if in uniform and even when escaping, or surrendering, contrary to the rules and stipulations of the Geneva Conventions. This was prompted by his rage at the success of the Commandos and their effect on the morale of his men.
