Legio X Fretensis was levied by Augustus Caesar (Octavian) to fight the civil war of 41/40 bc. They were named after the legendary legion of Julius Caesar, the Tenth. This legion got the name Fretensis (meaning of the sea strait) because of a battle that took place against Sextus Pompeius at the battle of Naulochus which is how the Legio X got the name Fretensis because it took place near the straits of Messena. The legion also served at Actium and the Siege of Masada.
This game is REALLY fun, F.Y.I You will need a really good computer to play it. i mean not REALLY good but you will have to run it on very low. The graphics map is gorgeous and the battles are dynamic and fun. Although the battles are very Rock paper scisseors sword beats spear spear beats horse archers beat everything everything beats archers. 9/10 I would rate it if it was faster loading time. Considering i had to wait 5 minutes one time to start a battle. I rate it 8/10 because of the slow loading time.
