After much hard work from our Admins here at The Mob and many many painful hours of thinking
(Ahh, THE PAIN!!!)
THE MOB ADMIN GROUPS ARE FINALLY HERE !!!
These admin groups have been setup to keep our members active by letting our loyal admins keep a watch over you lot,
Yes that's right, we're watching you ! :'| Be afraid, be very afraid D'; !!! (Jokes)
Anyway,
These admin groups are in place to keep this clan together, as we aim to maintain an essence of teamwork in the clan.
After all, teamwork is one of the most important parts of a clan.
These groups also aim to bring our admins closer to our members so we can all be a bit more organised.
By bringing our admins and members closer, we hope to create greater bonds in The Mob, which will keep us all happy
(Just nothing too bondy)
We will also be judging members using these groups and keeping track of active and inactive members,
This will help us keep up-to-date with our members and will help us keep you lot active.
We may also make a few changes to our new clan match teams because of this,
So keep up the Frags !

However, even though the whole idea sounds a bit boring - we've put some things in place and have come up with a few ideas to make things a little more interesting.
After many more hours of extremely painful thinking, the admins here at The Mob had an idea.
Why not keep our members active by giving them things to do?
And that's exactly what we're hoping to do!
- Group meetings will he held regularly to keep members up-to-date with the extensive knowledge of the almighty admins
Of course, members get a say as to when these meetings will take place to make sure everyone can turn up

- Group scrims and challenges will be held in the near future to maintain a friendly-rivalry in the clan
These matches and competitions will be group vs. group and all groups will be involved in these events

- Training sessions will also take place in the near future to make sure members are ready for anything and everything
These training sessions will usually be before clan matches and scrims

See, it doesn't sound as boring now :)
And thats basically it.
