Quake II is my personal favourite game of all time. It comes from a time when games didn't need to be ultra realistic brown and bloom shooters to be great. Ultra simplistic, but still more story based than Doom or the original Quake. It's story-driven while still having the classic run-and-gun feel. It's perfection. 10/10, would bang again.
This game is incredibly addictive, though totally frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it if you've been known to break mice or keyboards while playing games, but otherwise it's a lot of fun.
Braid is a very delightful game that's both creative and inventive. While the storyline is much too short, with only a few hours worth of gameplay the first time around, it's fun while it lasts. It's achievements are pretty much useless, though it's not the sort of game that would have room for any "real" achievements anyway.
Hello! We've never met before, but you know what they say, a stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet! Anywho, I, in coordination with the UIS Gaming Coalition, am planning to organize some sort of gaming-multiplayer-group-thing. We intend to start with Team Fortress 2, which is conveniently free, and therefore relatively affordable. Let me know if this at all interests you, or if you would desperately prefer a different game. Not responding will break my heart, and a man can only weather so much heartache in one lifetime.
