In this game, you can use a high powered laser to burn through a guy's skull and burn his brain till death, all while on drugs and after being electrocuted. Do I really need to say anything more?

I really think the game should be called Butcher (or Murder) Simulator 2013, but hey, I'm not a marketing genius.

Better than Minecraft? Quite possibly. You can build a city in Minecraft. You can fly to the moon in KSP, drive around in a rover, build a colony. And if you're really daring, build a space station and recreate every major NASA mission. Oh, and the game's not even out of beta.

I have to say, holy shit. A zombie survival game that actually feels like struggling to live in a zombie-filled, resource depleted world. A lot of parallels can be drawn between this game and Heavy Rain. It's all about decision-based gameplay, except Heavy Rain had at least one "perfect" ending. Yeah, no luck with The Walking Dead. People are going to die, and sometimes you don't have a say in the matter. And the zombies? Sometimes the people you're with seem like more of a danger than them.

At one point a character died and I remember saying out loud "holy fuck." There are some characters in all forms of media that just aren't supposed to die, and I spent about 5 replays trying to see if there was any way I could save her. Nope.

My biggest complaint is that the ending is 100% railroaded. No matter what you do, the ending doesn't change. Quite a few sections are similarly railroaded, although you'll find yourself scratching your head as to which ones. I at least understand the reasoning. Quite simply, not enough time or money.
